- Strong communication skills both written and verbal (Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia)
- Possess minimum SPM or diploma holders
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experienced working under targets and KPI
- Have 1 year working experience in customer service
- Handle incoming enquiries (WhatsApp & Facebook)
- Input daily sales data
- Work closely with marketing team
- After sales customer service
- Commission RM500 above
- EPF & Socso given
- Training will be provided
