• You will focus on the company's customer service full-time
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain good relations and friendliness with businesses, customers, and drivers.
• You are responsible for tracking the goods records and until they are safely delivered the goods to customers.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy; investigate issues, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Report directly to HOD
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to process and procedure.
• Provides outstanding customer service and actively Listens to client concerns,
• Prioritizes, handle multiple functions,
• Computer skills, keyboarding, good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements; weekends, public holidays, and overtime
• May include other tasks as assigned
