- Candidate must able to read and write in Mandarin
- At least SPM level, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Likes and agree with Zhou Yi culture
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office knowledge (Excel & Word)
- Preferable mandarin speaking candidate
- Good communication skills
- Fast learner is preferred
- Good attitude and responsible personality
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Handling incoming calls or messages and returning customer calls
- Follow up on after-sales customer and handle customer requests as needed
- Support the management and sales team
- Perform ang other as hoc management tasks as needed
- Make travel arrangements for the team as needed, such as airline reservations, hotel or restaurant reservations
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.

- Working hour: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
- Location : Sunway Velocity , Cheras ( Public Transport : MRT , Bus )
