Job Description

:

-Resolve complaints and handle service issues

-Updating customer records in google sheet

-Print consignment and process orders from Shopee, Tiktokshop, Website and WhatsApp

-Help sales and marketing team to prepare samples or products for PR package / booth / event / retail setup

-Analyze bad reviews or low rating products on all platforms

-Update all platforms daily sales in WhatsApp group

-Set up daily flash deal on Tiktokshop and shocking sale on Shopee

-Check for quality and defects before ship out products

-Pending order need to chat customer

Requirements:

-Good at problem solving

-Experience in how to deal with customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
