Job Description

What you'll be doing



Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records Resolving customer issues and concerns by offering tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and making recommendations to management Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive support to customers Adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain the company's high standards of service

What we're looking for



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive, customer-centric culture Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is highly desirable Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
