Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Handle and process daily customer orders accurately and efficiently Communicate with customers via Whatsapp regarding orders Assist in resolving customer enquiries, complaints, or issues (e.g., wrong items, short supply) Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers

Requirements:



Able to understand and write English, Malay and Chinese (Required) Good communication skills Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, Whatsapp)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
