Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and cleaning team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and handle calls or inquiries professionally.
Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Update cleaning schedules and guest records accurately.
Support other departments and take on additional tasks when needed.
Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a positive work attitude.
Provide excellent customer service at the homestay and cafe.
Keep all records organized and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in any related field
At least 1 year experience in related field
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Warm, friendly and professional when greeting and serving guests or cafe customers
Strong team-player who can collaborate with cleaning, cafe and front-desk teams
Reliable and punctual, able to follow company policies and procedures
Good at multitasking and time-management: check-ins/outs, cafe service, calls, guest records
Problem-solver: quick to address guest/customer issues and take action
Detail-oriented: keep accurate guest records, update schedules, ensure service quality
