Forbes Best-in-State EmployerCustomer Service Officer (Call Centre)We are seeking Customer Service Officers to join our Call Centre in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.You will play an important role such as you:

  • Handle full spectrum of inbound and outbound calls for Emergency Roadside Assistance & Emergency Home Assistance to support Malaysia nationwide.
  • Handle inbound calls for Travel Claims enquiries.
  • Handle inbound calls from Singapore & Hong Kong for Mobile Claims
  • Manage customers inquiries and feedbacks regarding the provided services.
  • Assist and provide motor insurance claim enquiry in accordance with the given guidelines.
  • Completing all call logs and updating in the operating system.
  • Able to commit to rotational shift schedule.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time.
To succeed in this role, we need you to have:
  • Good proficiency of computer skills such as Microsoft Office etc.
  • Time Management
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to assist Chinese speaking customers. Other speaking dialects will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to work on rotating shift.
