  • Ability to perform guest check-in and check-out.
  • Handle room reservations
  • Ability to fulfill guest requests
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Ability to plan and priorities work to exceed expectations.
  • Front Desk telephone answering
  • Handling cashiering tasks
  • In charge of guest relations matters
  • Perform night audit work
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
  • NOT NECESSARY to have experience but will be an advantage if with Hotel working experience
  • Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest Service
  • Applicants must be willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Working Hours: 8 hours Shift work
Morning shift: 7.00 am ~ 3.00 pm Afternoon shift : 3.00 pm ~ 11.00 pm Night shift : 11.00pm ~ 7.00 am Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
