Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with proficiency in BM & English an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service or telesales is a plus (but not required, training is provided).
• Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Responsible, proactive, and good at teamwork.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure with good adaptability.

Responsibilities

• To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information.
• To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
• Provide solutions quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Uphold company service standards and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
