Job Description
**Immediate hiring & have transport at certain pitstop** **Good start for fresh grads or SPM leavers** Location: Medini Iskandar Puteri JB 6 days work. Compulsory to do am & pm shift :
- Handle inbound calls relating enquiries and complain.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers.
- At Lease SPM or any equivalent or highest qualification.
- Willing to work on rotational shift & weekend & Public Holiday.
- Able to speak FLUENT in English & Bahasa
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage. (Not compulsory)
