Tanggungjawab

Answering and responding to inbound calls on the product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified Practice and Procedure.
To provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy.
Perform outbound calls to promote the products and promotion and generate targeted sales for the company.
Asking questions and listening attentively to understand the customer's needs and requirements, then offering suitable solutions.
