Job Description

This position is responsible to provide customer service, service information and resolving problems for shoppers, members and merchants at DPMM. 1) Member Recruitment \xe2\x80\xa2 Encourage new memberships sign up by promoting at strategic locations in the mall. \xe2\x80\xa2 To recruit DPMM members based on set KPI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update of members information in membership database. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist new member enrollment and issue memberships cards. 2) Customer Relationship \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain customer relationship by providing program and service information, attend to inquiries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the members and merchants complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction; and following up to ensure resolution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains members\xe2\x80\x99 complaints records by updating information in the database. 3) Operations Planning & Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Counter weekly inventory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare, compile and submit weekly reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Campaign Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monthly promotion campaign. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time. Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM /Diploma in any field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skill(s): Like to work with people, Provide customer service, and communication Skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1 year of experiences in Customer Service will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work shift hours between 10am to 10pm, 6 days a week. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin.
