This is a temporary replacement position as one of our team members is currently recovering from an accident. Only apply if you comfortable with short 3 months contract.

Job Scope:

- Answer incoming calls
- Note down the calls accurately
- Transfer calls to the respective department

Requirements:

- Must have experience in a Customer Service Call Centre (as you'll be handling continuous incoming calls and taking messages).
- Minimum Diploma qualification
