• Customer Support: Handle service and warranty inquiries, providing solutions that reflect our commitment to quality and customer care.

• Repair Coordination: Collaborate with technicians and suppliers to manage repair timelines and ensure prompt resolution.

• Warranty Processing: Validate claims, handle documentation, and maintain accurate records.

• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our wide range of musical instruments and equipment (no prior experience in music required, just a willingness to learn!).

• Quality Assurance: Assess returned items to ensure compliance with warranty terms.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely within the department, & cross department with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
