Description
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide 24/7 one-stop customer service via phone.
-Deliver high-quality, professional, and personalized service.
-Give prompt and accurate answers or solutions to customers.
-Handle and resolve complaints efficiently
-Follow up with customers as needed (per call centre guidelines).
-Educate customers about bank products and services.
-Accurately record customer data in systems.
-Maintain honesty, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
-Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
Job Requirements:
-Diploma + 2 years' experience (SPM/STPM + 5 years can be considered).
-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (24/7 centre).
-Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
-Experience in call centre, banking, or customer service is an advantage.
-Positive attitude, proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
-Pleasant voice and good telephone manners.
-Good English communication skills (Mandarin is a plus).
