- Position: Customer Service Officer.
- Salary: 2500-3500.
- Location: Section 51,Petaling Jaya.
About the job
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be required to provide a professional and courteous service to all distributors and direct customers.
The duties and scope of works will be:
- Manage service counter operations and interface with external and internal customers; handle queries from customerson back office matters.
- Handling daily orders and handle cash and all methods of payment from walk-in customers
- Liaise and coordinate with customers and courier service provider on delivery of products.
- Provide information and advice on products,promotions and marketing activities.
- Maintain complete and accurate recordsof all customers queries to ensure continuity of service.
- Female preferred; age 23-35.
- Educated up to Diploma level in Marketing, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Business or any other disciplines.
- At least one year of relevant experience in customer service role in healthcare industry; experience in the MLM industry will be an asset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English plus conversant in BM, Chinese dialects/Mandarin.
- Mandarin speaking is highly desirable as this role requiries dealing with Mandarin speaking customers.
