About the Role



We're looking for an experienced and reliable

Customer Service Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with

perfect English

, great attention to detail, and a natural ability to handle customers with care and professionalism.

You'll be responsible for

answering phone calls, responding to text messages, assisting clients with inquiries

, and providing accurate feedback after checking client information in our system. This role requires someone who can

manage multiple tasks efficiently, resolve conflicts calmly

Key Responsibilities



Answer customer phone calls and respond to messages promptly and professionally. Look up and verify client information in the system to provide accurate updates and assistance. Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience, empathy, and clarity. Provide timely feedback and ensure customers receive excellent service at every interaction. Assist in conflict resolution and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

Excellent command of English

-- both spoken and written (clear, professional, and confident communication is a must).

Strong customer service experience

2-3 years

in a similar role preferred.

Proficient computer skills

-- comfortable using CRM systems, messaging platforms, and Microsoft/Google apps.
