  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Good understanding and command of Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Job description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Customer Service and Operation Executive - Tenant Relationship to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the tenancy process, from creating tenancy agreements to handling rental collections and addressing tenant inquiries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining positive tenant relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.
Key responsibilities:
Create Tenancy Agreements: Draft, review, and execute tenancy agreements in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all lease documentation.
Rental Collections from Tenants:Oversee the timely and accurate collection of rental payments from tenants. Implement and manage efficient rent payment systems.
Follow up for Extended Tenancy: Proactively communicate with tenants to discuss lease renewal options. Facilitate the extension process, ensuring smooth transitions and updated documentation.
Attend Tenant Inquiries: Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns. Provide timely and professional responses to address tenant needs and maintain positive relationships.
Handling Maintenance Reports:Receive and process maintenance requests from tenants. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
