What we want from you:

Answering inbound call. Assist customer on the product and services. Resolve customer problem and complaints appropriately and promptly. Assist customer in online platform, social media and WhatsApp. Record on daily and monthly report cases.

What you need to have:

Able to be flexible and adapt. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, words

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
