Job Description

Title : Customer Service cum Part Admin



Location : Lowyat KL

Working Days : Follow retail hour- 6 days per week 10.30am- 8.00pm

Nature of Business : Established IT & Home appliances company

- Handle walk in customers to assist them on product enquiries & complaints

- Handle email / calls pertaining to the issues and assist the customer to resolve the problem

-Ensure the top and good service provided to the customers

- Will check for products stocks / spare parts and key into the system

-Will help to assist the management to order the stocks from the HQ

-Handle other issues as assign from the superior

- Min SPM or higher

- Good attitude and hardworking

-Friendly and able to communicate with people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

Rotational shift
Work Location: In person
