Customer Service Agent (Contact Centre)

Crystal Plaza, Petaling Jaya (near LRT Asia Jaya) Menara AA, Kuala Lumpur (near MRT Tun Razak Exchange)

2 years contract (renewable) with potential to convert to permanent

Salary Package

Diploma: RM2,400 Degree: RM2,600 Shift Allowance: RM300 Transport Allowance: RM120 EPF, SOCSO, SIP contributions Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Hospitalization Leave (as per Employment Act) Medical Insurance coverage Training provided (2 weeks at Petaling Jaya, 2 weeks at work location - basic pay during training) Performance bonus

Working Hours (Rotational Shifts)

6:30am - 3:30pm 8:00am - 5:00pm 9:00am - 6:00pm 10:00am - 7:00pm 11:00am - 8:00pm 12:00pm - 9:00pm 2:00pm - 11:00pm 3:00pm - 12:00am 4:00pm - 1:00am 9:45pm - 6:45am

Working Days

5 days a week (2 days off, 9 hours per day)

Salary Cycle & Payout

Cycle: 26th - 25th Payout: End of the month

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner. Provide excellent service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Resolve customer queries and issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution. Build rapport with customers and recommend suitable products/services when relevant. Maintain integrity, ownership, and accountability in every interaction.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualification (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude. Fast learner, able to multitask in a dynamic environment. Willing to work on rotational shifts.
