Receiving the faulty item needed for repair that customer sent by courier or from a walk in customer.
Assist customers with all warranty service by listing down the issue of faulty items. Record all customer inquiries and requests on all warranty issues
Ensuring that documents are accurate and well-maintained.
Liaise with sales, RMA and technician regarding warranty status
Issue the quotation if required (void/over-warranty items)
Keep up to date with customers, organizing and maintaining customer inquiries regarding warranty status.
QUALIFICATIONS
:
A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in administration or a related field.
A minimum of 1 years' experience in related fields, Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
A team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
