Assist customers with mobile, broadband, and TV service inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding billing, payments, plans, and promotions.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases to the technical team.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve service KPIs such as call handling time, quality score, and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with team leaders to improve customer experience.
Promote StarHub products and services when suitable (upselling or cross-selling).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
