  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Preferably at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Candidate possesses at least a SPM / Diploma or above
Tanggungjawab
  • Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation in compliance with company and customs requirements.
  • Input and process customer orders, issue DO & Invoices accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update monthly documentation and records.
  • Handle boss's claims.
  • Coordinate and respond promptly to supplier inquiries and requests.
  • Communicate with customers and respond to their requests.
  • Prepare and arrange loading plans.
