Kelayakan
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to work in Petaling Jaya.
Tanggungjawab
  • Proficiency in mandarin writing and communication skills is required
  • Responsible for handling to customer inquiries and emails
  • Monitoring shipping status and resolving abnormal shipment issues
  • Managing inbound and outbound operations at Malaysia warehouse and addressing inventory issues
  • Overseeing the daily customer service reports
  • Perform tasks assigned by supervisor.
