Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service role (education industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin are required; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
Team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text message, or in-person related to admissions, courses, schedules, fees, and general institutional information.
Verify submitted documents and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
Handle complaints and service issues professionally and promptly.
Collect feedback from students and parents to improve service standards
Prepare documents, forms, and reports as needed
