To maintain customer database.
To receive and process all purchase orders from customers.
To work with the production, warehouse and logistics teams to make delivery arrangement for customer orders.
To all ensure all customer purchase orders, invoices and other documentation (physical and electronic) are accurate, up-to-date and fully traceable.
To handle customer enquiries, complaints, requests and actions taken.
To develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
