Job scope: \xc3\x98 Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction in providing service information and inquiries, complaints and feedback are attended promptly in professional manner.\xc3\x98 Handle inbound customer enquires & request regarding Syarikat Air Darul Aman (SADA) including reports for no water supply, leak or pipe burst and billing enquiries.
\xc3\x98 To gather from the customer all the information necessary to fulfill their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system.
\xc3\x98 Responsible to ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction in form of courteous and prompt service and update customers with accurate information.
\xc3\x98 Ensure diligent follow up and fulfill promises made to customers.
\xc3\x98 Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, build better customer experience. \xc3\x98 Adhere strictly to the contact center standards operating procedures and guidelines. Job Type: Contract
