Position : Customer Service Professional (Immediate Hiring) Intake Date : 16 October 2023 Working Location : MITC, MELAKA Working Days : Monday - Sunday (2days off - rotate) Working Hours : 6.30am - 4.00pm/ 2.30pm - 12.00am Basic Salary : RM1,500 - RM1,800 Allowances : RM 360- RM 900 (Skill/ Performance/ Shift/ Transportation) Contract : 12 month renew based on performance JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
- Follow up with the customer on pending cases
- Create report in the system
- Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM - Compulsory
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka
- Possible to have own transportation
- No work experience required. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
- Malaysian with age 19 - 40 years old
- Must be able to work on Rotating Shift : Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week, rotational off days (2 off days)
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Can Start on 10 November 2023.?
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
