Intake : 5th July 2024Location : Butterworth, PenangJOB SCOPE

  • Handling inbound calls from customers or clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, or company policies to assist callers effectively.
  • Resolving issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Working hours
Monday - Friday, 6.30am - 12am
Sat, Sun & PH, 6.30am - 12amTraining: 2 months (Online/Physical)
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pmSalary
RM1,500 - RM1,800 + language allowance (for Mandarin speaker only)
Shift allowance: RM60/month (as supporting shift)
Medical Reimbursement: RM30/monthRequirements
- SPM (must passed BM & BI)
- 19 y/o - 35 y/o only
- Good communication skill (BM & BI).
- Must be willing to work shift rotation.
- Must possess Laptop/Desktop & Good Internet connection for online training (wfh).
