Handling inbound calls from customers or clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and professionally.
Providing accurate information about products, services, or company policies to assist callers effectively.
Resolving issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
