Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Manage complaints/inquiries and attend to customers through various channels. Handle complaints/inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Update and follow up on outstanding inquiries/requests/complaints on a daily basis Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of the issues. Coordinate/liaise on interdepartmental matters. Maintain proper records of all complaints.

LEASING



Handle all lease documents and tenant management. Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants Establish and maintain a good landlord-tenant relationship. Conduct marketing sales calls/site viewings and presentations. Coordinate with tenants on renewal of lease and refund of deposit upon lease expiry. Arrange for monthly utilities payment. Update the tenancy report.

OTHERS



Any other tasks assigned from time to time by management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
