CUSTOMER SERVICE
Manage complaints/inquiries and attend to customers through various channels.
Handle complaints/inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Update and follow up on outstanding inquiries/requests/complaints on a daily basis
Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of the issues.
Coordinate/liaise on interdepartmental matters.
Maintain proper records of all complaints.
