  • To coordinate customer service on production related matters.
  • To follow up on delivery schedule in the QC department, arrange daily delivery goods for drivers, prepare customer job sheets orders email, faxes, and phone incoming calls.
  • Preparing customers quotations if any.
  • Ensure on quality product within customers satisfaction coordination.
  • To performance sample filing records.
  • Any related job within the customer service department, rotation job etc.
## working Hours : 8.30 - 6.00 pm (Monday - Friday)
