Job Description

:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services. Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about our offerings. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up to close sales. Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Keep accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer information in the CRM system.
