Role Highlights:



Support Taiwan market (

Traditional Mandarin - strong written & spoken

) QA-focused, omni-channel (chat, email, outbound calls) Rotational shifts (7 AM-11 PM), 2 off days/week WFH option after 3 months (performance-based) Salary:

MYR 4,800 - 5,600


Requirements:



1+ year QA experience (BPO exp. a plus) Diploma & above (SPM + BPO exp. accepted)
