• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to enhance service delivery.
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Provide product and technical support for customer transactions, feedback, and requests.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues as per customer agreements and processes.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies through vendor account reconciliation and monthly statements, while assisting less experienced staff when needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records and figures.
• Skilled in data entry and proficient with numbers.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
• Proficient in English and MS Office, with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; SAP experience is a plus.
