Who We're Looking For:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM (Pass).
• Proficient in **Bahasa Malaysia and English** (both spoken & written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic airline environment.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Able to work in 24 hours rotation shift.

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues via email and calls.
• Assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, baggage claims, and more.
• Deliver world-class service with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
