• Knowledge of Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles or related fields, with 1 year of required experience as a CSR
• Experience in the furniture or related industry, along with an understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and materials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities and a proven track record of achieving customer service targets
• Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on industry trends and competitors
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English
• 3-month contract basis with potential for a permanent role based on performance
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma preferred
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors as needed

Tanggungjawab

• Respond to customer inquiries via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Handle customer complaints promptly and provide satisfactory resolutions
• Assist customers with post-sale issues (delivery, returns, product queries, warranties)
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and delivery departments for resolving inquiries
• Monitor customer feedback on social media and provide follow-up actions and reports to management
• Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
• Prepare reports on recurring issues and suggest improvements for customer service
• Support the marketing team by providing customer feedback and assisting with promotional activities on social media
• Measure and report response times and customer satisfaction monthly
• Update customer information in the company\'s database
