Job Description


  • Ability to multitask, flexible to work on rotational shifts, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Working Arrangement : Work From Home
  • Must be able to attend 2 weeks training & assessment in the Cyberjaya office
Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer complaints or feedbacks via email & chat support.
  • Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
