Attend to inbound calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the customer.
Keep records of interactions and details of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Ensure the customer's requests are attended to accordingly.
Liaise with respective team to have quick and efficient resolution of customer issues/queries.
Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns at all times.
Provide excellent service to all our customers at all times.
Candidate with knowledge in medical background is added advantage.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
Experience in Call Centre / Third Party Administration (TPA) / Hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
Able to communicate well in both English & Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate and internet savvy.
Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
Willingness to work late/on shift as or when required.
Adhere with the 24/7 Call Centre operation and scheduling.
Possess own transport.

Salary Range:
RM2000 to RM3000 (for those who has experience in
call center Hospital/TPA/Insurance).

: 6 Months (will be absorb to permanent based on performance)
Shift Working Hour
: 7AM to 5PM / 9AM to 7PM / 11 AM to 9PM / 8 PM to 8AM (monthly schedule. For night shift, only
4 night per month
).
