Job Responsibility Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Japanese (B2 and above) is essential. Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages to accurately interpret medical information. An understanding of medical terminology is an added advantage. Familiarity with common medical conditions, treatments, and procedures is highly beneficial. Excellent customer service skills are essential for effectively managing interactions with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Candidates should have a courteous and professional demeanor, active listening skills and the ability to provide assistance in a friendly and empathetic manner. Job Requirements Start Date: 8th February 2024Working hours: Between 8pm-11am (8 hours work 1 jour break), Monday-Sunday (at the moment IT is Monday-Friday until further notice) Anyone who is fluent in English-Japanese language is eligible due to the business needs. Medical interpreters are welcome and would be preferred, since job role is similar. The program will operate during various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
