Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in both Japanese and English.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve problems related to products, services, and billing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Bilingual Communication:Translate and interpret customer communications from Japanese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
