1. Handle level 2 (escalated) issues from candidates in a professional and positive manner. 2. Coach Customer Service Representatives (level 1) in handling candidate inquiries. 3. Interface between customers, clients and test centers in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Identify trends and propose action plans to effectively manage candidate escalations. 5. Work closely with the client services team to proactively improve on client related escalations. 6. Maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy in complete tasks. 7. Takes ownership of candidate issues and demonstrates a passion for quality customer service Job Requirements 1. 2 years Customer Service experience 2. This role will require you to travel to office on occasional basis : client visits, system updates, 1st day orientation 3. Training or coaching experience is an advantage 4. Customer Service experience with international market is a great advantage 5. Near native/No accent English proficiency is required Job Types: Full-time, Contract
