Education: SPM (with 1 year of working experience) or Diploma holders with experience in a call center or customer support role.
Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory. Additional languages are an advantage.
Skills: Strong active listening and verbal communication skills, coupled with a courteous and pleasant demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Shift: 10am to 6pm; 12pm to 8pm; 2pm to 10pm
Working Days: 5 days a week

Tanggungjawab
Assist in handling calls for GRC members / Non-GRC (FIT) to manage hotel room reservations, transportation bookings, show reservations, event registrations, draw & tournament registrations, F&B reservations, and other sales-related tasks as required.
Assist GRC members / Non-GRC (FIT) with all types of reservations and inquiries efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
Ensure all reservations requested by GRC members / Non-GRC (FIT) are processed promptly while promoting cross-selling/upselling of events during the guest's stay period.
Handle hotel room reservation transactions, including reservations, cancellations, amendments, upgrades, and payments (credit card/cash/loyalty points).
Perform shift audit closures and generate shift reports (based on assigned working shifts).
Support other teams with ad hoc duties as needed.
Conduct telemarketing activities.
Manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Use Microsoft CRM as the core system for room, transportation, event, and tournament registrations. Other systems include the Total Ticketing System, Genting Hospitality Property Management System (GHPMs), and other subsystems provided by GENM.
