• Basic Salary*: Upto RM 2800 - 3700 (Based on experience and interview performance)
• - *KPI Incentive*: Minimum RM 250 (based on performance)

Work Schedule*:

• 24/7 operation
• 5 working days per week
• 8 working hours + 1-hour lunch break per day
• Shifts: Earliest shift (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Latest shift (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM)
• Shifts rotate every two months

Mandate:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
• Immediate Joiners are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Required language(s): Mandarin/ Cantonese and English

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Communicate effectively with customers in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing
• Read and write Mandarin characters
• Work rotating shifts, including nights, to ensure 24/7 coverage
