• Fluent in English (advanced level) and a bonus if you know Mandarin.
• Love the smell of alcohol in the morning? Great, because we sell delicious alcoholic cakes that are not halal.
• Available to work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Sundays are for recovery! ( 5 working days)
• Must have critical thinking skills to solve customer issues and provide creative solutions. We don\'t just want good, we want AMAZING!

Tanggungjawab

• You\'ll be the master of communication, answering customer queries through various channels like WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls. We want our customers to feel heard and loved!
• You\'ll handle delivery orders and packaging with the grace of a ballerina, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We want our cakes to be delivered in style!
• Complaints may come your way, but you\'re equipped with appropriate solutions to handle them like a pro! You\'re a problem-solving ninja!
• You\'ll work closely with the production team to make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. We want our customers to get their cakes on time, every time!
