We provide comprehensive stock software solutions and professional stock software course training, have served hundreds of customers, and have been highly praised by customers. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be working closely with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. :

  • Responsible for installing and maintaining remote products for customers.
  • Responsible for assisting customers with product operation and resolving customer issues.
  • Responsible for teaching basic knowledge of the products to customers.
  • Responsible for providing value-added services to customers, identifying customer needs and opinions.
  • Offer regular one-to-one sessions to customers to increase customer loyalty.
  • Conduct regular return phone calls to customers to understand product usage.
  • Responsible for extracting customer tags and enhancing user portraits.
  • Improve and organize customer information and ERP system operation.
  • Simple video editing skill.
  • Analyze how customers use products and services and provide feedback on data trends.
Job Requirements:
  • 5.5 working days.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing.
  • Diploma, Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant fields.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience. We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
