• The candidate requires to be able to converse in Mandarin Language as our customers are majority Mandarin and Cantonese speaking.
• 5.5 working days (Monday - Saturday)

• Manage daily operations covering delivery route arrangement, daily production reporting and handling orders.
• Ensure daily deliveries are smooth.
• Manage incoming phone calls/Whatsapp from customers.
• Attend to enquiries/orders from social medias and other marketplace platforms
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
