Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office / ERP systems
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
Handle key customer accounts and resolve complex customer issues
Coordinate closely with sales, logistics, and production teams on orders and deliveries
Monitor order processing, invoicing, and customer documentation
Provide guidance and support to junior CS team members
Prepare reports on customer service performance and complaints
