Requirements

• Must be fluent in three languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer inquiries via various communication channels
• Assist customers with general questions, concerns, and product/service-related matters
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism
